Don Hutchinson
Senior PastorDon Hutchinson has served as senior Pastor at First Methodist Church of Bay Minette since joining our staff in 2024. With 37 years of ministry experience, he excels in leadership, preaching, and community outreach. Don holds a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary (1987) and a B.S. in Business Administration from Mississippi State University (1984). He was ordained as an Elder in the United Methodist Church in 1989, and in the Global Methodist Church in 2024. Don is dedicated to fostering spiritual growth and serving the community.
He and his wife Jill have been married for 40 years. Don and Jill have twin daughters, Morgan and Lauren, who are both married, and recently welcomed their first grandchild.
Tiffany Bekurs
Office AdministratorTiffany has been on staff as the Administrative Assistant to the Senior Pastor since 2018. She is married to Bill Bekurs, and they have a son, Tyler, and a daughter, Anna Catherine. Tiffany is responsible for managing the church membership database, creating the Sunday bulletins, coordinating the church calendar, and being the person who floods your email inbox with useful information about what is happening weekly at First Methodist Church of Bay Minette. She strives to make sure everyone feels welcome when they come to the church office.
